Our Story
Providing The Finest Products To The Best Feed Suppliers
The idea of starting the farm was birthed by a then young couple (Ifeoluwa Ariyo and Olubunmi Ariyo) in 2007 when socio-political issues obstructed food supply to urban areas.
Forth Worth Farms started as a contribution to a solution to the problems that can happen if food supply from outside of the South West of Nigeria was somewhat disrupted. They wondered what would become of us in Lagos & Ogun state seeing as these states were more about industrialization than food security. To mitigate the recurrence of such event, they decided to produce any form of food & commenced table eggs production.
They then further wanted to be a farm where people could buy lots of farm produce directly and this informed our decision to diversify into other aspects of Agriculture other than poultry.
Afterwards, two relatable problems was diagnosed:
- knowing the source of their primary food source
- finding a farm that produces a commensurate variety of their meal needs.
Solving these problems led to the establishment and registration of Forth Worth Farms in 2012 and later expansion into an integrated farms that produces a variety of farm produce, where customers can directly buy their bulk needs.
Our name “Forth Worth” was coined out of our determination to forge ahead in our desire to own a farm despite being discouraged based on anticidents, general consensus and other people’s collective mindset (FORTH), and that the journey will be rewarding, fulfiling and productive (WORTH).

Our mission is to provide “Wholesome food for all as we bridge the gap between the farm and the people.
Impact
We operate within a marginalized community. Our presence has brought economic development in the form of service engagement of artisans, trade improvements, facilitation of infrastructure deployment to the community…. Small holder farmers (250+ 70% women & youth) have benefited from access to cured poultry faeces & training aiding the boost of their outputs while reducing their production costs and helping them boost sustainable income. Our trade model which has 92% women supports their financial independence.

Forth Worth Farms operates within the Agricultural sector in Nigeria with it operations spanning across poultry (and its extended value chain), agronomy, ruminants, and aquaculture. We also offer services such as Chicken Processing, Hatchery and Tractor services. We currently operate from 2 states in the South West of Nigeria -- Lagos and Ogun state (Our offerings are Chicken, Red meat, Leafy vegetables and Peppers.

The Founder
Ifeoluwa Ariyo (FCCA) is the C.E.O. and Co-founder of Forth Worth Farms Ltd. Forth Worth Farms in an integrated farm that engages in Poultry, Aquaculture, Feed-Milling, Agronomy, Greenhouse farming and Poultry / Agro-Processing.
She received her BSc in Accounting from the Lagos State University, Ojo. She is a professional accountant and an Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant UK (ACCA) from which she also holds a Diploma in Accounts and Business.
Under her guidance, Forth Worth Farms has expanded from Table Eggs production to holding a great deal of the extended value chain in the Agricultural Industry; Aquaculture, Agro-processing & Agronomy to name a few. Forth Worth Farms Ltd has been nominated for several awards & was awarded the Agricultural Firm of 2017 by the Lagos Chamber Of Commerce and Industry & the Eloy award for Agriculture 2018.
She is passionate about Women & Youth Involvement & Empowerment in Agriculture & strongly believes that Nigeria can be back to its glory days In Agriculture.
Her personal interests are Family, Cooking, Fashion, Tennis & UFC.
She is dutifully married and blessed with 3 children.
Olubunmi Ariyo is the chairman & co-founder of Forth Worth Farms. He’s also the visionary who started with a dream of owning a zoo. That dream metamorphosed into a farm as a best place to start at the time
